Welcome to CTRL (“we”, “our”, or “us”). CTRL is a personal finance budgeting application that helps users manage and track their expenses, income, and financial goals. By using the CTRL app (“App” or “Service”), you agree to the following terms and conditions (“Terms”).

Please read these Terms carefully before using the App. If you do not agree with these Terms, do not access or use our Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use CTRL. By using CTRL, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

2. Use of Plaid

We use Plaid Inc. (“Plaid”) to connect your financial accounts to CTRL. By using our Service, you grant us and Plaid the right to access and transmit your financial information from your selected financial institutions.

Your use of Plaid is subject to Plaid’s End User Services Agreement, which can be found here:

We do not store your bank login credentials. Data accessed via Plaid is used only to provide the budgeting features of CTRL and is never shared or sold.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to use CTRL only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• Use the app in a way that violates any applicable laws or regulations;
• Misrepresent your identity or the source of financial data;
